HOSTEL EstLiLas KANDA recognizes that personal information must be handled with care based on the principle of respect for the individual's personality, and will strictly comply with the following obligations when handling personal information, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Basic Policy on the Protection of Personal Information, and the Guidelines on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information established by the Personal Information Protection Commission.

Third, matters to be observed regarding the acquisition of personal information

The Association will comply with the following items regarding the acquisition, use, and provision of personal information.

The Association may collect personal information from general users of the Internet information site (hereinafter referred to as "this site") managed by the Association to the extent necessary for the operation of this site.

(2) Purpose of use of personal information

The Association will not use personal information it has acquired beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use set out below, except as required by law or with the consent of the individual.

(3) Provision of personal information, etc.

Except as required by law, the Association will not provide personal information acquired with the consent of the individual to a third party without the individual's prior consent. Furthermore, with regard to the disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of personal information or notification of the purpose of use at the individual's request, we will comply with the law and respond appropriately to any opinions or inquiries.

 

4. Changes in the purpose of use of personal information

As a general rule, the Company will not change the purposes of use specified in the preceding paragraph unless the prior consent of the individual has been obtained. 7. Disposal of personal information

When personal information is no longer necessary in light of the purpose of use, the Association will erase or discard the information. Such erasure or disposal will be carried out in a necessary and appropriate manner to prevent the risk of information leaking to the outside, and only to the extent necessary for the performance of business.
